Lack of Communication
I am still waiting for my case to be finalized by the ombudsman. The case was going to be finalized by the 27th of March 2023. Today is the 3rd of April 2023 with no response and I have sent through two follow up emails. The lack of communication seems to be getting worse each time. I only receive a reply from the ombudsman after I post a review on hello Peter.

03 Apr 2023, 12:43One of the reasons we approached the ombudsman is because our insurer was not interested in helping us or responding to us. It seems like we're still in the same position. I wonder if there is something more to it.
