KJL 870 EC, Poor customer services

My registration is KJL 870 EC, I bought this car towards the end of April, a few days later it was hit by a hail storm. Outsurance had promised to have the car insured and advised that the car be taken to Elegant Square Panel Beaters. 3months later I wrote to the ombudsman to help me with this issue, they did not even bother to reply to my emails, and to me that just sounds like outsurance paid them off to be quiet. It has been 5 months now since my car was taken to Elegant Square Panel Beaters and Outsurance have just kept quiet... anyone interested in doing business with outsurance must just forget about it because they do not deliver on their promises.
