ISTO is useless

I reported Vodacom insurance on 29 January 2024 , the case was allocated to Tshireletso. I have received no feedback, everytime I call I get empty promises. They keep on saying they are reviewing response from the insurance, they can’t share it still. This office must be closed down, it serves no purpose.
