Just like the other reviews, my experience is that they are biased towards the Insurance companies. They require the most from the customer, there is No Burden of proof for the Insurer. The OSTI goes out of the way and will find every possible loophole to rule in favour of the Insurer. In my case it was evidently clear that there is a bias. Theres a reason why most reviews here are one star
