Insuree you on your own, dont even bother lodging a case/escalation with this bunch

Ridiculous service, don't even bother to log a case with this bunch...I'm starting to think the is a reason the insurers are always eager and friendly to advise that we refer cases to you...because you seem to always side with them, i thought i was the only one, going through reviews of your services..WOOW,

So case refused by FNBLOC, Ombudsmans stated they were justified on their outcome, so now i request my call centre recordings to take further legal actions, guess what Ombudsman protects the insurer stating they don't need to provide recordings, if FNBLOC is justified on their outcome as Ombudsman stated, what's there to hide in the recordings?
