Insurance Ombudsman case administrator sided with the insurance and left me hanging

I laid a complaint around April/May 2024 about a Sanlam Funeral cover I took for myself and family, which instead of increasing at 5% this year decided to increase it by a whooping R144, while I was previously paying R261 each month the previous year. Due to that I had to cancel the policy and report Sanlam to the Ombudsman, and a woman called Charmaine Bruce was assigned to my case. She didn't assist me in getting asleast 6 months premium back but she just sided with Sanlam to rip me off all 3 years premiums I have been paying. This lady was so cold to me when dealing with matter, I am 66 years old but I have never seen a heartless person like that woman.
