I WILL NEVER TRUST THE OMBUDSMAN FOR SHORT TERM INSURANCE

The Ombudsman is of no use to me. I wrote to them and showed them photos, they wrote back to me and said the same thing iWYZE said. I explained the whole story and seemingly they did not read what I wrote as they wrote the very same things that they wrote on the previous communique. They told me to consult an attorney but I had already mentioned the issue of an attorney to them, but since they had no time to read what I wrote. They opened a new file for my complaint of my car been stripped by the insurer, they wrote to me stating that they were consulting the insurer, but the same insurer stated that I should consult the Ombudsman who they know will do nothing about the issue. The Ombudsman does this for compliance, just to say they attended the complaint.
