Home choice and bridge debt harassing me

Good day I once bought duvet set and they did deliver and my mother signed for them because I was at work. The next day they bought another boxes and my mother signed for them,when I got home I find that in that boxes its ports worth 15 000 which at that time a I could afford I called them to fetch their ports they refused. At that moment a I couldn't afford them and they always say calls are recorded and a i asked for a call where i agree for the ports but they refused. Now the had given installment to bridge finance which now they say it was a loan,please help me to solve this case because they are harassing me.
