Great Service, Complaint Resolved

I had heard many horror stories and reviews about OSTI before lodging my complaint. However, I would like to say:

Thank you to the Ombudsman team for resolving my complaint regarding Oakhurst Insurance's attempt to rob me in broad daylight by undervaluing my vehicle, which they wrote off. My complaint was resolved within two months of lodging the complaint and insurer committed to paying out vehicle's correct market value.

I am so grateful to have had this resource as a way to challenge gross arrogance from the insurance.
