IAC-K83/18H Did not want to go this route but looks like this is the only way to get answers. We are desperately awaiting feedback on our claim, last response was 26 Feb 2018. My husband is booked off on disability leave due to the accident and the vehicle has been a sitting duck for 5 months now... We would like to know when our claim will be resolved?
