Failed by Ombudsman Short Term Insurance
Regardless of all evidence and proofs that I have provided to Ombudsman that my insurance is lying and cheating and using wrong information to reject my claim, Ombudsman failed me. I have provided full evidence to Ombudsman from my care track and supporting documents from Cartrack which shows that insurance laying and using wrong information which is not known where its coming from THESE WAS ALSO CONFIRMED BY CARTRACK IN WRITING Apart from that I have been told to settle my case at court which means I must find myself a representative that I must pay These show no matter what evidence and proof against Insurances Ombudsman will always be in insurances's side I’m disappointed

15 Mar 2019, 12:04Dear Mr. Maphutha.
Your complaint was considered by an Assistant Ombudsman, and subsequently, by a Senior Assistant Ombudsman on review.
Our letter sent to you on 6 December 2018 sets out the basis of our findings. We carefully considered the evidence and arguments submitted by both parties to this dispute. Ultimately, whichever report was accepted (your report and that of the insurer), they both indicate that you were driving over the regulated speed limit.
There was therefore no basis on which to find in your favour.
Yours faithfully,
Ayanda Mazwi
Senior Assistant Ombudsman.

12 Apr 2019, 04:45Below information clearly prove that Insurance used false information to repudiate my claim, there is was never information confirming that I was over driving during car accident from car tracker database.
I assurance was notified Ombudsman as well was notified as well but they got away with their lies
Still disappointed by Ombudsman I have provided enough evidence that these insurance is manipulative and ****

Trust you are well.
Regarding the query below, we have already advised Axsure that we had no data on the vehicle after 21:05:23 on 17/08/2017. This feedback was sent to Ankia Pelser from Western National and Francois Theron from Axsure.
