EXTREMELY LONG WAITING TIMES

My mum has had an extremely disappointing experience with OSTI. They take a very long time to finalise cases despite having all the evidence. Perhaps they are over worked or understaffed as they say that they have a huge black log. Is there anyway of fast tracking this.

Hi Marilize, Thank you but this is testimony to the fact that there is a lack of service. I have still not received a response. Do you have the correct details? All I ever get is that there are many cases and your is still with teh assistant ombudsman and you 'basically have to wait your turn."

Hi Marilize, Thank you but in this as well a response was received over a month after the supplier and I resolved the issue. As per the above this is not the case that I am enquiring about. It is N368/23 OSTICRM:***. Thank you
