Extremely Dissatisfied with OSTI,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the inefficiencies of the OSTI in handling my claim with Pineapple Insurance.

It's been nearly a year since I lodged my claim, and despite numerous follow-ups and promises, there has been no update, no briefing, and absolutely no communication regarding the status of my claim. This lack of response is unacceptable, especially considering we are already seven months into the year.

The delay and lack of transparency in this process are causing significant inconvenience and stress. I urge the responsible parties to address this matter immediately and provide a clear and prompt resolution to my claim.
