Excellent service of the Ombudsman

I want to thank the ombudsman for short term assurance who is assisting me with my case against Discovery Insure to try and resolve the bad Service with the Discovery Drive. They have contacted Discovery Insure. I am waiting for a response from Discovery Insure. I want to.thank Kenyana and Hannes from rhe Ombudsman as well as Theresa and Heila for addressing the lack of Service delivery from Discovery Insure in the Johannesburg office. Thank you so much!
