Does the Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance exist?

These people are not reliable. They are just there for compliance. When I complained about my car parts, they responded by saying the bonnet handle and cover were not present on arrival; contrary to that the photos they sent to me on the 3rd of June showing what was there and what was not, showed that all what I was complaining about was there. The deep stick appears on the photos but they say it was not there. Again they mention that the cylinder head was not there but that was the main reason they rejected the claim. Does the Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance exist?
