Do not use Discovery Insure they do not care

Vehicle inured with Discovery Insure and over120 days has gone by and no repair work been done. I have not been compensated for the delays in Discovery Insure finalising its processes because the delays was from Discovery Insure and its service providers.

Due to the extensive delays by Discovery Insure finalising the assessment of my vehicle I reported the matter to OSTI for intervention and because I reported the matter they now want dont want to communicate and provide me feedback and wants me to deal with OSTI yet I am a client of Discovery Insure and still paying all my premiums.
