Dissapointed!
9 months since i lodged a complain for Iwyze with OSTI, my reference no is M2768/22 and case administrator is Valerie Mngadi ( with Mbali) whom iv never spoken , never available nor return calls hence colleques leaves messages mostly when i call. Yes i want a positive feedback from the OSTi team , but right now it doesnt matter if the decision will be in my favour or not, all i want is to know where i stand with case.
Why should we go through all the stress and hope that at least while our insurance companies fail us, at least we have a team of professionals who will assist us , but instead stresses us worse .
My claim has prolonged as if i killed some1 via the accident i had while insured with Iwyze. I called this morning, wanting to escalate the matter to Valerie's senior and the lady by the name of Kiyana told me that Valerie does not have a boss, she's the only 1 who will decide and get back to me when she has time.
January 2023- September 2023. Awaiting feedback from Mbali and Valerie Mngadi still! Who knows, this is South Africa, COLD DRINK ke number one.

Thank you for the quick response, and yes i have received the response from Valerie this morning by the Insurance. I understand the influx of complaints as well, the Assistant(s) Ombudsman should communicate by updating us on the claims not lie and cover for each other from us escalating them.
