Disappointing results

Im really disappointed at the ombudsman. They close a case without proper investigation. Please do a proper job.

Okay Mazwi whose account did the insurance pay the money to? because it is definitely not my acc. Did u find that out or you just go ahead with what they give you.

I can be liable for the money that i never received.

Please do your research and tell who got paid that money.
