DI not following through with one-sided ruling

According to Simone Rowland at Discovery Insure your final ruling to them in April stated they must settle the car loan and refund my premiums since my car incident in September 2014.
DI only paid MFC on the 9th June, R9,000 less than the Sept 14 settlement figure (as I was still paying my bank loan).
To date DI are STILL deducting premiums from me monthly and have NOT refunded me anything.
I am getting nowhere trying to finalise this with them. I am DONE dealing with Simone - she is full of empty promises and double standards.
DI have NOT followed through with your ruling. Are you going to take action? Or are you going to say it's too late you've closed your file?

I am horrified with both yours & DI's statements regarding the sale of my car in January - both are completely hypocritical. You both say it was wrong to sell it without indemnifying me but then you both say that is was ok? And P.S. DI DID NOT TENDER SETTLEMENT at the time of your response (clause 3 of your letter)!!! Also, you both failed to take into account that the car was evidence in a case of *******ion!

OSTI - YOU FAILED ME BIG TIME!!! PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT!

Hello Vickster6,

We have looked into the matter and according to our records the matter was settled and the agreed amount was paid by the insurer.

We have today forwarded you the proof of the paid amount.

We will also follow up with the insurer regarding the premiums refunds.

Should there be anything else outstanding and with which we can still assist, you are to please contact the relevant people to advise accordingly.

Please note that this is not to be construed as an opportunity being granted to you to raise again issues which have been decided upon, and over which you believe you should have received a different outcome. For that, you have been advised to seek legal advice and to pursue the matter further through the court system if you so wish. That position remains.

Our further advices regarding the premium refund will follow directly from the relevant staff.

We trust that you will find the above in order.

Yours faithfully
