Deplorable time taken to resolve case
After a year of having submitted a case, I still haven’t received feedback/ruling from the OSTI. Every time I follow up, I’m told I will get an answer after 2 weeks. The last time I followed up was in August, and I was told to wait another 2 weeks. It’s been 3 months with no communication whatsoever. This has left me very frustrated.
