Dear Sir, Please note the following,I think perhaps you misunderstood my remarks.

My point was that the PROCESS has been three months since repoting this to my insurer- Mary has nothing to do with this.

From the moment I sent Mary a mail. I recieved the documents by the next day.

I then filled these in, attached all relevant information and sent them back to her. She responded a few days later with the Repudiation letter, which I responded to immediatedly.

The issue of dampness and smellyness has been going on late March early April...which again brings me to the fact that we have been waiting three months for a decision.

Please understand that we have nowhere to go, otherwise we would. I cannot incurr more debt, in case this claim gets rejected.

It was never my intent to place Mary or the Ombud in an embarrassing posision, but my levels of frustration are beyond human tolerance.

Our complex insurer made a claim without ever sending an assessor out to our complex....ever.

In conclusion, I do understand that the claim may not be in my favour, all I ask is that it is looked at in a fair and just manner.

Read my previous review, It is a rant of a frustrated, and angry person, however- this was not directed at Mary but at the lenght of time the processes take....which I think you will fid is a common complaint.

Regards

Rishma Nyar
