Crucial Submissions not seen!
Good day all
Hope you are well.
This complaint is relating to reference M3106/18.
I am worried due to the content of email dated 10th of April 2019 sent to me by the relevant staff member handling my matter.
The email states that I have not addressed the ombudsman staff member on the issue surrounding insurer's accusations of misrepresentations at the start of my cover.
On my response letter dated 4th of February 2019 sent to the same relevant ombudsman staff member. I have dealt with the issue of non disclosure and/or misrepresentation in great details and submitted the relevant supporting documents to the same relevant ombudsman staff member.
Therefore I am concerned that the relevant ombudsman staff member has not noted and given the necessary attention on such crucial details / information to my matter, and this is after she has taken such a long time to respond.
Subsequently on the 11th of April 2019 I responded to an issue which I had addressed in detial on my initial response letter dated 4th of February 2019.
I am seriously concerned that my matter has not received the necessary attention it deserves and as a result I was requested to respond to an issue which I have already addressed previously. It is troubling that the ombudsman stuff member has not noted such crucial submissions which has been previously addressed to her in that particular subject, to such an extent that she request I address her on the same subject as if it is new information at a later stage (this happens after 65 days from the day she received the initial submissions) .
I would also like to state that with all these happenings, I still have a burden of paying installment for the car I am no longer enjoying and subsequently pay for alternative transportation.
Kind Regards Philani Mabaso
