Concerned client
I have 2 dispute (Absa - M2116/22 and Budget - M2244/22) which are almost 4 months and they are not complex matters. But am still waiting with no communication, I think the insurance do this deliberately because they knew that the process will take forever and buying more time to collect premiums. Am not even doing any follow up because I'll be told it can take up to 6 months.
