Closing my complaint without consultation

Dear Ms Tshireletso Matlala I acknowledge receipt of your correspondence and the provisional recommendation. However, I remain of the view that the matter warrants further engagement between myself, Centriq Insurance, and your office to ensure a fair and accurate outcome. I believe there may be additional context and documentation that can assist in clarifying my insurance history and the circumstances surrounding the alleged misrepresentation. I am willing to cooperate fully and provide any further information necessary to resolve the matter amicably.
