CASE TO BE REOPENED DUE TO INCOMPLETE PROCESS BY OMBUDSMAN
I lodged a complaint against PMD C/o Constantia Insurance. C111/20 OSTICRM:***. I received an email on the 9 of June stating that my case is closed. How is this possible if you never gave me any resolution nor any feedback from the insurer? I want this case re-opened as my response email to you.
