Avoidance and lengthy durations raises suspicions of collaborations with Hollard Insurance.

Fairness and transparency is what the Ombudsman violating and I'm not sure what ground are they stepping on their VALUES. The investigations were completed months ago in favor of the client and Hollard Insurance agreed to offer me compensation that I turned down and I made a new compensation demands to Hollard Insurance. Arrogant Sureena Gallie from the Ombudsman is playing hide and sick, she's not answering my emails or updates me on the matter except telling me that investigations are still continuing I must be patient with no feedbacks on the matter. I'm frustrated by this matter because I wanted a peace of mind from what me and my family went through after Hollard Insurance fail on it's perpose of reassuring the client. And I want to ensure that what happened between me and Hollard Insurance doesn't happen to anyone else, but if Ombudsman is choosing the side and collaborate with the Insurance Company that means I must focus my attention to Ombudsman and prepare to file my lawsuit against them.
