Absa Idirect insurance protected by OSTI.
Summited a complain last year about absa idirect insurance, its been over 5 months now without any feedback, OSTI lest these insures do as they please, we pay insurances for years & put a claim one time & its declined without any proper reason & OSTI cant assist, I'm paying for a car I cant drive any more.
