8 months later - no resolution!

I lodged a complaint with OSTI in July 2022. 8 months later, no resolution has been communicated. I was informed the matter takes about 3-6months, and here I am on the 8th month. Upon following up, I am informed that a resolution turnaround time is unknown, and that the personnel who had my file resigned in December. Noone can advise if my file has even been opened since the last communication. I have noted other complaints that came long after mine have been attended to, and yet I wait without knowing how long anymore. It’s almost nearing a year, and still I wait. Please advise on a resolution. It’s been over a year since the matter took place.
