WORST SERVICE EVER

WORST SERVICE EVER!! After offering my husband a amount on his trade in, getting approval from the bank for the car, my husband approving of the deal they all of a sudden had a problem. They were suppose to deliver the car but said they will let us know when they leave but we never got a call when we phone we were told they are discussing the deal as there is a problem.. they ended up not letting us know what is going on and ignoring our phone calls.. the morning after they sent a WhatsApp and said the deal is off because they offered him too much for his car and they got a better offer from someone else. They one manager we spoke to on WhatsApp were sooo rude to my husband acting like this is all my husbands fault that they don't know whats going on in their own dealership.. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FROM THEM.
