Suzuki Swift

I bought a Suzuki Swift at Omars Motor Den in 2017, within a few days I heard a noise at the front and went back to Omar, Jusuf said to get a quote for them to fix any damages, (Omar paid for the quote) so I did and he agreed to do all repairs on the vehicle, after the quote, he arranged to fix the vehicle at their Nigel branch, upon return of the vehicle the noise was still there so I went back and told them about the noise, then I was told to get another quote and so on (after about 5 attempts to fix the vehicle), my vehicle went to Nigel x4 times from 2017 and 2018 to fix the same mistake and was not repaired, I took the vehicle for service and the company where I went, said that only small items such as the filters (from the original quote) where changed but the main problem was the control arms, shocks and shock mountings that were supposed to be replaced according to the original quote that Jusuf agreed to repair. I have been struggling since 2017 to get the vehicle fixed by them and as is, I am driving a faulty vehicle till this day and I am paying full price for it, the fault in the vehicle is also affecting the tyres and is costing me unnecessary expenses. They keep postponing arrangements and if I don't contact them and remind them, nothing gets done! They were quick to sell the vehicle to me even with half information, and now after the purchase, you struggle with assistance. I have been nagging Omar to fix this vehicle for two and a half years now and I have received no response from them. Upon servicing my vehicle I also noticed that the kilometers marked from the 2014 service is more than the kilometers on the odometer when I bought the vehicle (marked on the original quote - not mentioned on the purchase contract), so Omar also turned back the kilometers of the vehicles, Omar also insured my vehicle on my behalf on the day of purchase and insured it as an automatic where I have a manual Suzuki, and my Natis papers stated that I have a white Suzuki where it is clearly green. I don't recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them as they are dishonest, uncooperative and probably *******.
