Poor communication
Communication is atrocious. Phone calls and messages were ignored. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

Our landlines are not answered since today date is the 04 Janaury 2023 and we will only re open on the 9th January 2023.

This was all before you closed for the holidays. Communication was with Zubair on the 9th of December. Followed up with him through the month of December after submitting documents after being pre-approved,but received no response.
