pathetic service

I went to the dealership to fetch my car which I bought cash.Paper work was done which I'm sure took less than 15 min.I expected to get the car immediately as it was available in from one of their dealerships around witbank.But I had to wait the whole day receiving different excuses after every second hour.I finally Got my car at 4h45 pm and was given 200 for fuel.I did not receive any papers for the car as I was told they will have to request them from their head office and John from the dealership will phone me.Up until today I have not received any phone call from them.I then phoned them last week I was told to phone the following week Thursday(19/11/15)The very same John told me to send a vin number.Now why I was not told that when I phoned the first time?I am now sitting with a car which is still not under my name.My licence disc is expiring at the end of November 2015 and I cannot get any help from the traffic department because the change of ownership is not done.it is almost a month I still don't have the registration papers and to make matters worse I'm not even staying in witbank BT residing at Ermelo .I'm working during the week and Saturdays as well I only get off once
