MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP EVER

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Arrived at lot to look for a vehicle was half charged by a lady wearing a tracksuit, doesn't ask why I am there, follows me without saying anything. Eventually I ask about 2nd hand vehicles, she was not impressed. I then told her my needs and that I am battling to get a newer vehicle, she takes me to a office to fill in forms, not explaining anything. Asks for my drivers license and ID, tells me she going to make copies I must wait outside for her. After a while she returns and again tells me to stand outside an office for app 10 minutes. Nearly 30 minutes later someone asks if they can help. I am then told to sit. After just sitting down I am told to sit at a desk, the person asks what vehicle I am interested in and says no problem we will phone you. Over 24 hours later still no communication from the dealership. I then phone and ask what is happening. Well if its over 24 hrs then there is a chance you were not successful. Not let me ask or find out, nothing and then ends the call. You know it is fine is someone doesn't meet the criteria or are not successful, just the decency or informing someone.

THE WORD CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS NOTHING AT THIS DEALERSHIP, YOU CAN JUST ASWELL BE A ROCK IN THE ROAD.
