So I was assisted by Zubair and was sold a polo vivo 2016 model with 18000 km on, on the day of purchase I was told that there is a hundred thousand or 5 year mechanical warranty on the vehicle I then took the vehicle and the next day I noticed the paint colour on the vehicle is not the same when I then enquired on it I was told that they do not sell accident cars and when I said im not happy the owner Zubair was swearing and acting aggressive in the back ground while I was on the phone with one of hes workers. Today I took the vehicle into vw Alberton due to there being many issues on the vehicle the dealership has confirmed that the car has been in a accident and there is no warranty on the vehicle. I refuse to be treated as such as I am a customer and nobody calls me back or even follows up with me from the dealership they don't care!
