Bad Customer Service

I purchased a VW Polo TSI 2021 from Omars Car Dealership in Witbank, Mpumalanga. The car was delivered the following day with a faulty battery. I lodged a complaint and the battery was replaced the same day. It turned out that the replacement battery was off-the-street battery and not in accordance with VW Standards. I was advised by VW to lodge a complaint as the car was still under warranty. Itried several times to communicate with Omars to no avail, hence I'm seeking Hellopeter intervention.
