So disapointed with this bank. Want too close my account but i cant. Been waiting weeks every time they say it has been escalated. In the meen time the chargers accumalate and now my credit rating is being influenced. I cant transfer money into the account to pay fees. Im sure an it guy can fix my problem but no whenever i phone they say i must be patient.
