OM banking support incompitant

So om bank is holding my miney after i did an OTT transaction i have called and called and email always i am told the back room team is investigating how hard is it for them to track the transaction and give me feedback i mean i can see the amount left my account and was deducted i have never experienced such bad costomer service.From 26 march till today no feedback
