Nightmare changing to OM bank, Release my funds I'm done with you guys.

Sooo you guys are holding my funds, You didn't even tell me when I close the account and move to the new OM Bank that I will need a certified ID copy.. And now you guys froze my funds? How does this all become my problem? Please release my funds as I will be changing banks. I've been with you guys for years but this experience has become a nightmare, I've been locked out of my own money for 11 days.. How do you expect me to survive? I went into the bank and even they can't help. This is totally ridiculous.
