Terribly service at my baby shower on Saturday 10 th September

<p>Dear Gina,</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I would hereby like to lay a formal complaint on how disappointed I was on Saturday at my baby shower. I am also going to put this on Hello Peter.</p> <p> </p> <p>You changed the menu without notifying us. Attached was the menu we decided on the mail mails and on visiting you.</p> <p> </p> <p>After meeting with you and emailing you, you had forgotten us, then you called me and assured me everything was in order but it wasn’t.</p> <p> </p> <p>The radio was not working. There wasn’t enough cutlery on the table.</p> <p> </p> <p>The waiter we had briefed was changed at the last minute, Sam and the other lady service us where rude and not up to scratch.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dirty glasses where laying on the table, water had not been topped up. When they did top up the water there was no clean glasses.</p> <p> </p> <p>The waiter and waitress was rude to the guest and on many occasion when asking or a clean glass or sugar etc they said ”we are busy taking orders now”</p> <p> </p> <p>You advertise let us host you and take the stress out of your day but guess what it was a disaster on your side.</p> <p> </p> <p>Never again will I come to olive and oil Glenwood or use you guys.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service was utterly disappointing. As a manager you need to up your game and work on your people s****s.</p> <p> </p> <p>You are not helpful and on three different occasions when meeting you, you forgot me / just said wait here and then palmed us off to someone else to book, when I had already booked and paid.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will like to know the actions you are going to take to address this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>Lynette</p>
