The restaurant cannot change a table for 4 to accommodate 1 person
Waited to be seated only to be treated badly, there was a guy waiting at the door wearing a restaurant Tshirt and a black leather pants and he keep saying the tables were not available, I waited for a long time, and he keeps allowing people before to go in and I went to ask him the reason and he said the tables that keeps opening are for more than 1 table, I asked him if the table cannot be changed to accommodate 1 person but he said no, when I complained about the inconsistency he said because I keep questioning him I will not get the table. I don’t even stay in Durban I was there for the long weekend but the dissatisfaction I got from the restaurant was shocking. I went to eat in another restaurant at the mall.

December 25 I visited the olive & oil restaurant st the Pavilion Shopping Centre to oder the sea platte , the times between 14hrs and 15hrs On Thursday afternoon, I was ill treated by the front desk The staff informed me that they do not accept walk-in orders, despite my request for a takeaway. I was dismissed and told that customers with reservations were prioritized over me.The male front working personal had to push me outside of the shop I was subjected to aggressive behavior simply for attempting to order food.
