Terrible and embarrassing service

Most embarrassing and utterly terrible experience at olive and oil umlanga. I was chatting to someone on their whatsapp number on the 5th of Feb and asked if we need to make an appointment for the valentines dsy menu. They rep**** yes I must send and email. So I did and then rep**** on whatsapp the person said noted. I thought everything was done and dusted. I arrive at the restaurant at 18:00hr yesterday and I get embarrassed by the guy at the door. I get told why did I not pay a deposit and where is my booking form and why didn't I pay a deposit. I explained to the guy i sent an email he said they shouldhave rep**** they always Do yet I didn't get a reply. He embarrassed me and my partner I front of the other customers outside and then he tells me okay we can have you sit outside. I said no and walked away as I was already soo ****ed off and embarrassed as if I am at fault. Utterly useless 😒
