NO REFUND FOR 4 WEEKS

I made a booking at Olive and Oil and later cancelled within the cancelling period, I requested a refund and emailed the proof of payment. I was than told I will receive my refund in a week or 2 weeks maximum. It is the 4th week now and I have not received my refund, when I try to call the Glenwood Olive and Oil they just say its up to the Head office and make no follow up. I really need my money back and waiting for 4 weeks with no response or any contact from them is ridiculous.
