My Deposit Back

<p>I had planned to have my baby shower at Olive and oil Glenwood, I paid a depost of R1500 a month prior to the event. i had then learnt that even for events they only have 3 hours reserved for you and after that you must leave the their premises. I had to cancel the event and find another place as i had guests who wuld be coming in from jhb late. i spoke to Gina and she assured me that i will be given my deposit back but it will take 7 days for it to reflect in my bank account. It has passed 2 weeks and i have not received any payment, Gina is not responding to my emails, I called the branch and i was made out to be an idiot by a gentleman i was speaking to. I would ike my deposit back or i will also have to take legal action</p>
