Old Town Italy... Waiting a century for service.

What a beautiful place! Just sorry I can't eat the decor. We went there for breakfast, was told we can only order from the Breakfast menu, which is fine.... But ended up only receiving our food by lunch time. Numerous attempts to follow up on our order's progress... we only received "be patient" comments from our waiter. If you tell your customer you order is being plated, why should they wait another 20 minutes. But yeah... I guess this is what happens when a manager is not present, because during this whole ordeal, not once did a manager pitch. We ended up with about 5 minutes to eat our food, before the show started. Did I mention requesting the bill three times and then also waiting for the card machine... I could have celebrated three of my birthdays while waiting. You guys better step up... A nice looking place is just nice, if the service is good.
