Old Town Italy Umhlanga
Went for lunch today.....took ages to get a drinks order while waiting for a table. drinks arrived 15mins after seated. Lunch took ages...Daughter had a raw hamburger which was taken away and only returned once the bun , chips and garnishing's were eaten. Ravioli had a hair in it. overall a BAD experience and the worst was that the Franchisee was not interested trying to say that he had not had complaints. Not true because we know regulars that no longer will go there. Certainly wont return there.
