Old Town Italy TERRIBLE service

Today I took my son and hus girlfriend to Old Town Italy Constantia for their birthday celebration. I have been many times and always had a fantastic time. Today was **********. I had to go looking for service 20 minutes in then once ordered placed 25 minutes later no drinks or forcassia bread. We were told they'd "see" if they could bring us the chilli/parmasan/garlic which arrived as we were finishing the forcassia. The pizzas arrived and the quality was inferior to what I'd had in the past. I am not sure what was different but the base was soggy and much too tomato (almost as if they'd used tin tomatoes) The day was a total right off and I had been so excited all week about having the birthday celebration at Old Town Italy. The lady at the table next to us seemed to be having an even worse experience. I don't think I'll be spending my hard earned cash at this venue again. I'm very disappointed.
