I did an online booking for Old Town Italy Melrose Arch for 2 August 2023 for my mother in law's birthday dinner. I got a confirmation of the booking as well as a reminder of my booking to arrive to find the restaurant had closed down. I contacted Dineplan that does their booking and they advised that Old Town Italy hadn't shut off their booking. They advised them to do so and about my complaint but I have heard not a word from Old Town Italy to apologize, they don't seem to even care that they spoilt an 85 year old lady's birthday
