Absolutely horrible food and experience

We waited a very long time for our food, and the place was not busy. Food was horrible. A pasta and pizza was ordered. Half the pizza was burnt. You could see that they tried to sc**** the burnt part off, but even that wasn't a job done very well. A Nutella Mocha was ordered, there was not even a hint of Nutella in the Mocha, yet that's what was paid for. No wet wipes or sanitizer, yet there was a sanitising station. Only thing that was decent was the staff, and them being polite.
