Management are useless

Firstly I love Italian style pastas so I decided to visit old town Italy on 18/03/2026 with my girlfriend and after ordering and recieving my meal I was shocked it was saltless and bland so we decided we are gonna pay our bill and leave.

Our waiter knew something was wrong as we hadn't touched our meals so we explained and he decided to call the manager. Now this part amazed me as I am a manager myself but this manager had no way of actually dealing with a customer to make them feel comfortable after giving them meals that have no taste at all.

My review is simply so people know that management here simply cannot do anything for you if your meal isn't right.

I praise the waiter for actually noticing but here is no need to call management as they cannot help the customers.

Even the portion size is terrible
