Very bad service from Old Johannesburg Warehouse

I bought items on auction and paid promptly. Just asking them to give me the dimensions of my parcels for courier collection. The excuse is that they are very busy packing other orders. I would have to wait until next week some time. I don't have time to play games. Am I not a paying customer also. What about my items that have been paid for already. Very bad service. I will ask for a refund. No longer interested in this company. Avoid them at all cost and save yourself some headaches.
